Product:

Primer 150 is a universal primer for porous surfaces to be used with silicone sealants and sealants based on MS Polymers.

  

Characteristics:

– Liquid easy application

– Suitable for silicones and MS Polymers based sealants and adhesives

 

Applications:

Joint walls of expansion joints

Joint walls of porous materials with high water exposure

 

Packaging:

Colour: transparent

Packaging: tin 250mL 1L

Shelflife:

12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°. Protect against frost!

  

Surfaces:

Type: all porous surfaces

State of Surface: clean dry free of dust and grease We recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
 

 

Application:

Method: brush

Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C

Clean: with white spirit immediately after application Recommendation: after application of Primer 150 wait 60 minutes at least and 4 hours at most before applying a sealant

 

Health- and Safety Recommendation:

Apply the usual industrial hygiene. Wear gloves and goggles.

 

Remarks:

If the maximum waiting time of 4 hours has passed before application of the sealant apply a new layer of Primer 150
