Product:

Primer 100 is a universal primer based on polyurethane for porous surfaces.

 

Characteristics:

– Liquid easy application

– Suitable for all professional sealants based on polyurethan polysulfide and MS-polymers

  

Applications:

Surfaces of expansion joints

Joint surfaces of porous materials with high water exposure

  

Packaging:

Colour: transparent

Packaging: tin 250ml 1l

Shelflife:

6 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°. Protect against frost!
 

Surfaces:

Type: all porous surfaces

State of Surface: clean dry free of dust and grease We recommend a preliminary compatibility test.

 

Application:

Method: brush

Application temperature: +5°C to +25°C

Clean: with white spirit immediately after application Recommendation: after application of Primer 100 wait 60 minutes at least and 4 hours at the most before applying a sealant

Health- and Safety Recommendation:

Apply the usual industrial hygiene. Wear gloves and goggles.

Remarks:

If the maximum waiting time of 4 hours has passed before application of the sealant apply a new layer of Primer 100.
