Sure Seal® aluminum or carpet and is easy to apply. The product comes ready-to-use and can be applied directly from its convenient aerosol can or by brush roller pump sprayer or an airless sprayer on much larger jobs.

Directions for Use

Preparing the Surface: Surfaces should be clean and free from any waxes coatings or finishes. Always test product in an inconspicuous area for suitability.

Surfaces: When properly applied Grout & Tile Sealer will protect grout unglazed ceramic tile quarry tile porcelain tile mexican tile saltillo tile slate marble granite agglomerates and many other masonry products. Can be applied to bench tops kitchen areas bathroom/shower recesses small floor areas on all types of tile and masonry surfaces. Ideal for small sealing jobs. Will not harm aluminum wood or carpet. Aerosol

Directions for Application: Hold aerosol can approximately 6-8 inches (15-20 cm) away from desired surface press firmly on spray button and apply product evenly over surface to be treated using a sweeping motion overlapping sprayed areas for best coverage. For wet areas such as shower recesses etc. allow sealer to cure at least 24 hours. Liquid Directions for Application: Completely wet the surface by applying Grout & Tile Sealer with a paint brush roller pump sprayer or an airless sprayer. Apply one coat with smooth even strokes lightly coating the surface being treated. At least one hour drying time is recommended before using the treated area. For optimum protection allow to cure for 24 hours.

Note: On highly polished surfaces such as porcelain marble or granite two coats are recommended. On small areas buff off before the second coat is dry. For larger areas let it dry and cure for 24 hours. If necessary any excess can be easily removed with a damp cloth or buff off.

Application on Dry or Damp Grout: On dry grout make sure grout is clean and apply an even coat of sealer. For damp grout allow at least 20 minutes after installation before applying sealer. Sure Seal® will not affect grout’s natural curing time. Curing time of sealer will be the same as the manufacturer’s stated time for the grout or treated material. Spray dab brush or roll Sure SeaK onto the grout. Completely wet the grout and let dry.

Pre-Grout Sealer/Grout Release: Sure Seal® can be used as a grout release prior to grouting to prevent grout stains and facilitate grout cleanup. On porcelain tiles or other porous substrates treat with Sure SeaK& Once the surface has cured (a minimum of 24 hours) markings can be made on the tile with permanent marker or graphite pencil; marks can subsequently be removed by spraying Sure SeaK and quickly removing the marks with a cheesecloth while still wet.

Maintenance: To clean treated areas simply use water and mild detergent or any neutral (nonacidic) cleaner. Do not use harsh cleaning agents such as abrasive powders ammonia acids bleach or abrasive scrubbing pads.

Coverage: Sure Seal® Aerosol Seals up to 500 linear metres depending on size of grout joint or seals up to 18 square metres of grout and tile depending on the material to be sealed and applicator. One litre will cover approximately up to 40m2 depending upon the material to be treated and method of application.

Note: Overspray might be slightly visible on dark colored flooring material. If this occurs apply thin coat of Sure- Seal and wipe with a clean cloth. Do not use a sprayer with rubber parts in which Sure Seal® would come in contact. Suggested sprayers; Sure Seal® model # 1 PB-SATS Industrial Sprayer. Test Information: Sure Seal® Sealant claims are supported by tests performed by the prestigious Tile Council of America against staining water vapor transmission coefficient of ffiction and application on damp grout. Test report number TCA-066-098.

Effective Life: Expected wear is up to 22 years on horizontal surfaces and lifetime on vertical surfaces depending on the material use and maintenance of the surface being protected. Extreme weather conditions harsh cleaning methods and high-alkaline or solvent-based cleaners will affect the life expectancy of this product.

Warranty: Satisfaction guaranteed if not completely satisfied with product performance when used as directed contact Sure Seal® for product replacement or refund of purchase price upon return of unused portion. Replacement cost for labor and installation materials such as tile are excluded. Any variance from the terms misuse or misapplication of the product shall void and nullify this warranty.

Appearance/Odor: A clear liquid with a strong solvent odor.

Packaging: Available in 300 gram aerosol cans 1 litre 4 litre and a 20 litre drum.

Storagel Shelf Life: Keep sealed in original containers and store in a cool dry place. When properly stored shelf life is indefinite.
