DESCRIPTION
ASA Cemcrete is a water based PVA additive designed for use with cement based systems.

SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be firm rigid clean dry sound and smooth. All grease wax oil curing compounds dust plaster droppings paint and all other contaminants must be removed prior to the application of the adhesive.
MIXING
Dilute 1 part of ASA Cemcrete to 3 parts water before use. This mixture is then to be used instead of water and mixed with the powder. As with all cement based systems always add the powder to the liquid.
PACKAGING
20 litre 5 litre and 1 litre plastic jerry cans
CLEAN UP
ASA Cemcrete can be cleaned up using warm water and detergent prior to the product drying.
SHELF LIFE
Unopened containers can be stored for up to 12 months in a cool dry and weatherproof environment.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Use only on concrete cement render blockwork and brickwork.
- Always check that the surface is suitable and prepare accordingly (depending on the work that is to be done)
- This product is intended for use only with cement based systems.
- When exposed to moisture PVA based materials will break down over time. As such if being used externally or in areas that are likely to be exposed to water (eg bathrooms and other wet areas) it is recommended that Acrylic based systems (such as ASA Megalastic) are used instead.
- When using prepared products (such as adhesives screeds and renders) always follow manufacturers recommendations.
- Note that most sand/cement mixing ratios assume that the sand is dry. Adjustments will be required to compensate for sand moisture levels absorption and other physical properties.
All workmanship must be carried out in accordance with AS3958.1-2007 and good workmanship practices
