Directions for Use Uses: This product is a superior water-based silicone free impregnator to help prevent oil and water-based stains moss and efflorescence on all types of masonry surfaces including marble granite slate sandstone limestone architectural concrete brick stone stucco and exposed aggregate etc. It also helps prevent chewing gum from adhering to the surface of a substrate. As with all Sure Seal® products it is invisible upon application and will not puddle whiten peel or flake off the treated surface.

Directions for Application: Always ensure that the surface is clean and free from debris and previous sealants and waxes Any existing stains must be removed prior to sealant application. Apply by brush roller or garden-type sprayer. One good coat is usually sufficient. However on very porous surfaces or heavy walkway areas two coats are recommended Allow five hours between applications of each coat. Normal drying time on marble or granite is approximately 20 minutes. However buff before completely dry At least eight hours drying time is recommended before traffic should be allowed on the treated area. For optimal protection allow to cure for 24 hours. ntenance: To clean exterior treated areas use a garden hose with a pressure nozzle or pressure washer with a maximum pressure of 1000 PSI. For interior applications simply mop or wipe with a soft cloth or sponge and a mild liquid cleaner or water. Do not use harsh cleaning agents such as abrasive powders ammonia acids bleach solvents or abrasive scrubbing pads.

Expected Wear: Sure Seal® will last for many years with proper maintenance on all treated surfaces: however heavy walkway areas should be tested yearly and product reapplied if necessary

Warranty: Satisfaction guaranteed if not completely satisfied with product performance when used as directed contact Sure Seal for product replacement or refund of purchase price upon return of unused portion. Replacement cost for labor and installation materials are excluded. Any variance from the terms misuse or misapplication of the product shall void and nullify this warranty.

Appearance

lOdor: A yellow solution with a mild odor Packaging: Product is supplied in 5 litre containers (5 x 4 litres to a carton) and 20 litre drums. Coverage: One litre will cover approximately 10-15 sq. metres depending upon the porosity of the substrate. At least eight hours drying time is recommended before traffic should be allowed on the treated area. After sealant has dried for optimal protection allow to cure for 24 hours.

StoragelShelf Life: Keep sealed in original containers and store in a cool dry place. When properly stored shelf life is six months from date of opening the container. Do not allow to freeze.
